With so many "Name Brand" computer repair companies out there why would anyone want to come to me, a "mom & pop shop"? While these stores offer the name, can they offer the personalized care that you deserve? In most cases the answer is no. You end up leaving your computer with a tech or a geek that you don't really know, and doesn't really care about your computer, only your business. I spoke with a customer from Best Buy who paid for a Diagnostic that took them 30 minutes, and without even opening the computer told her it was a bad motherboard and she would be better off with a new computer. Her PC was only a year and a half old! I ran a diagnostic for her and discovered a bad power supply and replaced it at the fraction of the cost of a new computer, or even a new motherboard! I take my son to our doctor because I know her and trust her, why would you leave your memories and important files with a stranger?
